Case Study: Intercom


THE CHALLENGE

To present Intercom as an agile, approachable, customer focused software company to its' array of new clients across Europe and the US.

CREATE

Working with the Intercom team, considering lead time and budget implications, we devised a stage and presentation set up that would be wholly malleable yet visually striking – and able to adapt to any venue.

EXPERIENCE

Our creative team designed a set piece that would could be built in infinite ways, that was lightweight and fit into easily transportable cases, while having consistency and impact regardless of location. Our producers then worked on all logistics for transport, set up, technical and AV in each of the multitude of venues across a several countries.

IMPACT

The tech tour started out in Europe in 6 countries, and was so successful that it was extended to 7 cities across the US. In 2017 it is touring through Asia and Australia.
